Business and Craft Vendors

$250 per space

Each Vendor will be provided a 10 x10 space

Participants are responsible for their own display materials, tent, table, chairs

Food Vendors

$250 per space (inquire about fee for selling non-meal type foods

such as snacks, candy, desserts)

Each Vendor will be provided a sufficient space to accommodate set-up
Vendors are responsible for providing their own power, tents & tables
The Health Department will start inspection of each vendor an hour before the event.
Vendors must fill out a temporary food permit from the Department of Health, City of Waterbury. The application must be filed at least seven days before the event
Certificate of Insurance must be posted at your booth and mailed or emailed to bsorosiak@mainstreetwaterbury.com prior to event day
