First, we appreciate you volunteering for the 6th Brass City Jazz Fest!

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
Concert begins at 4:00 p.m. Concert ends at 10:00 p.m.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your shift.
I will send Confirmation of your volunteering and your Areas for volunteering will be provided at least two weeks before the event. I will send a Zoom invite for a volunteer meeting before the event.
Volunteer/Sponsor Check In (starting at 3:30 pm) to receive your badge and tickets.
BCJF Merchandise – sell artists CDs and keep track of their sales.
Patio Artist and Sponsor Area – serving meals
Patio Assistance – checking badges and managing patio
Indoor Artist Room – Area where artists will dine or rest in between sets (You will not see the show from the building). This will be in a conference room on the first floor of City Hall
Artist Merchandise – sell artists CDs and keep track of their sales.
Sponsor stage area – check badges to allow seating.
Volunteers are expected to commit to their assigned role and be on time. You may also be asked to fill in at other positions as needed during the event.
