Each Vendor will be provided a 10 ft x 10 ft space• Participants are responsible for their own displaymaterials, tent, table, chairs, portable lighting• Arrival set up begins at 1:30 PM and must becompleted by 3:30 PM• Event runs from 4:00-10:00 PM• Breakdown and vacating premises must becompleted by 11:00 PM

$250 per space (inquire about fee for selling non-meal type foods
such as snacks, candy, desserts)
* If additional space beyond the 20 ft. length is needed, it will be charged at $50 per additional 10 feet (or any portion there of).
Vendors must fill out a temporary food permit from the Department of Health, City of Waterbury. The application must be filed at least seven days before the event
Certificate of Insurance must be posted at your booth and mailed or emailed to bsorosiak@mainstreetwaterbury.com prior to event day
