First, we appreciate you volunteering for the 6th Brass City Jazz Fest!

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
Concert begins at 4:00 p.m. Concert ends at 10:00 p.m.
Please arrive 30 minutes before your shift.
Confirmation of Areas for volunteering will be provided at least two weeks before the event.
Volunteer Check In (starting at 3:30 pm) to receive your badge and tickets.
BCJF Merchandise – sell artists CDs and keep track of their sales.
Indoor Artist Meals – Area where artists will dine in between sets (You will not see the show from the building but we will have televisions showing the concert).
Artist Merchandise – sell artists CDs and keep track of their sales.
Sponsor stage area – check badges to allow seating.
Volunteers are expected to commit to their assigned role and be on time. You may also be asked to fill in at other positions as needed during the event.
